Sie ver\u00f6ffentlichen ihre Forschungsergebnisse in Form von Berichten, B\u00fcchern und Artikeln in Fachzeitschriften, und nehmen an nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen teil bzw. beteiligen sich aktiv bei der Organisation solcher Veranstaltungen. Das interne Forschungskolloquium der PHSG bietet eine Plattform f\u00fcr den internen Wissensaustausch, wobei auch externe G\u00e4ste eingeladen werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus engagieren sich die Mitarbeitenden in Kommissionen und Gremien ihrer wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaften, um den Fachdiskurs aktiv mitzugestalten. Neben diesen formellen Beteiligungsformen ist auch der informelle, spontane Austausch innerhalb von Projektteams oder bei informellen Treffen w\u00e4hrend Konferenzen von grosser Bedeutung f\u00fcr Diese Strategie zielt darauf ab, dass die in <em>swissuniversities<\/em> zusammengeschlossenen Hochschulen bei der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von wissenschaftlichen Publikationen bis sp\u00e4testens 2024 eine Open-Access-Quote von 100\u00a0Prozent erreichen.<\/p><p>Die PHSG ist dem Ziel \u00abOA100\u00bb per 2024 schon sehr nahe gekommen und nutzt daf\u00fcr verschiedene Instrumente:<\/p><ul><li>Einzelabkl\u00e4rungen mit Verlagen.<\/li><li>Beratung von Publizierenden.<\/li><li>Open-Access-Publikationsfonds der PHSG.<\/li><li>Unterst\u00fctzung des Schweizerischen Nationalfonds (SNF) f\u00fcr Open-Access-Publikationen.<\/li><li>Verschiedene Read-&amp;-Publish-Vertr\u00e4ge (swissuniversities, Schweizerisches Hochschulkonsortium, PH-Konsortium).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80d4869 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80d4869\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Publikationsoutput 2022\u20132023 und Open Access<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edd1e82 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"edd1e82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr eine pr\u00e4zise Beurteilung der Umsetzung der Open-Access-Ziele in den Berichtsjahren 2022\/2023 ist es wichtig, zwischen verschiedenen Arten von Publikationen sowie den verschiedenen Dimensionen von Open Access zu unterscheiden. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die PHSG das 100-Prozent-Ziel im Bereich der Zeitschriftenartikel (Kategorien \u00abJournal Article\u00bb und \u00abMagazine Article\u00bb) beinahe vollumf\u00e4nglich erreicht hat (\u00abclosed\u00bb als absoluter Ausnahmefall), w\u00e4hrend bei den B\u00fcchern und teilweise auch bei den Buchkapiteln noch eine Steigerung der Quote anzustreben ist. Entscheidend f\u00fcr die weitere Entwicklung wird diesbez\u00fcglich sein, dass sich Publizierende fr\u00fchzeitig mit der Open-Access-Frage befassen und in der Folge gezielt bei denjenigen Verlagen publizieren, die eine entsprechende Open-Access-Option anbieten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
